FarmHouse Aesthetics and Wellness Centre was created from a passion to build a place where people could come and experience a calm and relaxed environment where they can begin a journey in bringing back their own youthful unique beauty and inner peace.

Melanie Fusco

My name is Melanie Fusco. I have started my own personal journey of working toward finding my own peace and feeling of inner beauty.
Where did this story begin…
I started my career as an RN 30 years ago. I have worked in many different settings and eventually I returned to school to train to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. I have now worked as a CRNA for 17 years and continue working at several hospitals and surgery centers around the area providing anesthesia services.
For me, the aging process comes with a host of unique feelings that we all experience differently. I have spent three decades listening, empathizing, educating, and encouraging patients and feel this to be vitally important when walking with someone in their own personal journey - whatever that is or looks like for them.
As a healthcare provider, I have developed a strong skill set and knowledge base and have experienced and grown a lot as a practitioner. I am a very conscientious and detail-oriented person, and I take great pride in the work that I do. The relationships that I develop with my patients/clients are extremely important to me, as I think this is key to being a good provider and instilling trust. I treat others the way that I would want to be treated or the way that I would want my family members to be treated. My skills, which I have developed over many years as a nurse and also as an anesthesia provider, help me to be precise and safe clinically.
I currently live in Satellite Beach, Florida, but I am a Kentucky girl living in a Florida world. I love gardening and am told that I make delicious cakes and desserts. My greatest role is that of being a mom to 3 beautiful children. If you ask me about them, forgive me, but I may go on for hours as they are my driving force. I am also mom to a fluffy labradoodle and cat. My husband and partner of 30 years is my rock and supporter of all the crazy things on my to-do list and frequently stops by the office with fresh cut wildflowers and a yummy drink.
